Hi,

Which FBA (arcade) rom set should i download for lakka? Any version recommended?

load the core (but not any games) and then go into information > core information and see which version it lists. You’ll need ROMs from that version.

There is no Version info only name. It says; Core Name: Final Burn Alpha and core label, system name, system manufacturer etc…

Ok, go to settings > menu and enable the last option, ‘Display Core Name.’ Now it should list the core and version in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

I’m using the FB Alpha 0.2.97.38 (Torrentzipped Split) set. Keep in mind there may be other systems included in some of the FBA packs. I set RetroArch to scan only the “roms” directory in that FBA pack and it found all the arcade stuff just fine.

Thanks hunterk my mame core is 0.78 and FBA is 0.2.97.38

SuperMagicom my MAME roms are 0.78, FBA roms are V0.2.97.30 (Download some 0.2.97.38 roms from here: http://www.planetemu.net/roms/fb-alpha )

go to (+) sign (add tab button)

scan this directories (mame78roms and FBA30roms, FBA38roms)

but still no result:/

Note: Genesis and SNES roms are listed and thumbnails are appear
