Why can't I set a custom X and Y Position while using Integer Scaling?

My main screen that I output to (not at my desk) sits pretty high on my wall (kind of unavoidable) and I prefer to limit the neck strain of arcing up to stare at it if at all possible. Selecting Integer Scaling defaults to centering the image, but is there any reason I can’t just customize the position so that it sits at the bottom of the frame? Just wondering why this isn’t an option.

I know if I turn Integer Scaling off and use a custom aspect ratio I can set the image where I want, but it’s a hassle to get the exact right proportions this way, not to mention a lot of those settings get effectively erased if I switch Integer Scaling back on for any reason down the line. Plus those settings are all gonna be generally different from game to game and system to system, and I don’t know that there’s any way to save a custom aspect ratio per core or game or anything like that.

Thanks!
