Wii U Pro Controller not working

When I try to use my Wii U pro controller for Retroarch on my homebrewed Wii U, the controller doesn’t work properly and instead the menu says:

• WiiU Pro Controller configured in port #2
• N/A (0/0) not configured
• Device disconnected from port #2 (WiiU Pro Controller)
• WiiU Pro Controller configured in port #2
• Device disconnected from port #2 (N/A) And then the Wii U pro controller doesn’t do anything. Does anyone know how to fix it, or if at least anyone else has the same issue?

I have the exact same problem as you. But its configured i port #1. Retroarch loads up and then i cant do a thing. When i power on the Pro Controller i get the same message as you. Cant do a thing, Retroarch is working, the clock is ticking and i have trid a few games before i decided it would be nice plying with the Pro Controller. Tried to uninstall and install Retroarch with no luck. Worth mention i at first installed RA on to my USB-HDD, and then realised that was wrong, uninstalled RA and installed to NAND. I run fine from NAND until i changed control device to Pro Controller. Now i dont know what to do. (Wii U Tiramisu, running RA from frontend.)
