i was wandering it the Logitech PowerShell Controller with Battery would work with retroaech as this would be the only reason i would get it thanks for your help
yes the powershell totally works with retroarch. i have it and use it regularly with retroarch. i would wait for bladepad though but its up to you
thanks for the the info i think i will wait for bladepad as you suggest thanks for the help
Theres also the Razer Junglecat, which is another really nice looking mfi controller. As far as looks, it looks better than both the logitech powershell and the bladepad; though the bladepad wins in functionality since it has dual analog joysticks, which are missing in the powershell and the junglecat. Though if you dont need the analog sticks, then the Razer Junglecat is another good option to go for. It also boils down to how well the controllers perform. The dpad doesnt look all that great on the bladepad, especially for playing fighters with.
Yea im interested in both bladepad and junglecat. As far as build quality you can tell the junglecat is a premium device that looks like Apple made it themselves. Razer stated several times that it will be released in july. Amazon was selling it. So i bought it via amazon. Not even a week later, Amazon sent me an email stating that they had to cancel my order due to lack of obtaining the junglecat. I dont know whats going on with Razer in terms of releasing the junglecat. I emailed razer directly and they stated we do not know when we will be releasing the controller at this point. I hope its not a dead project now
Yeah, the junglecat looks a lot like the psp go. With the bladepad, it’s similiar with what’s going on with the razer controller; bladepad had announced it before iOS 7, then said they would be updating it for iOS 7, but since then, nothing. It’s been such a long wait for it already, and now iOS 8 is about to come out. The razer is a fairly newer announcement though. It looks like a really good product, though honestly, it would be best if they decide to change it and add dual analog sticks to it; it would def sell better if it had the full controller layout. After all, a lot of the newer announcements from other companies releasing mfi controllers actually sport the full controller layout.
