Windows 10 missing .dll files

When I download retroarch and try to run it says I am missing multiple .dll files and tells me to remove and re-download. I have removed retroarch and reinstalled and still gives me the same error message.

I am running on windows 10 and have a i7 6700k, gtx 980ti. I don’t know if those will matter much.

Make sure you download the full package. It includes all of the necessary DLLs (except for the directx 9.0c redist, which you have to get separately if you don’t already have it).
