I just upgraded to 1.6.4, and I use the 360 xinput controller, and usually use the guide button to get back to the menus.
The issue is that the guide button doesn’t resume the game like it used to in 1.6.0, only pauses the game. However the option “Unified Menu Controls” being enabled seems to fix this, but that wasn’t the case in 1.6.0.
Any ideas or insight would be helpful

Hmm any fix for this ? im Using Win10 and usually the Xbox Button pushed me back to the “Quick Menu” but it doesnt work anymore , even with the “Unified Control” just mentioned.
play with windows 10’s settings>Xbar settings. try enable gamebar and disable that “launch xbar when pressed something” - i do not exactly what the exact name was but that was what made retroarch worked when it suddenly lost ability to react to the guide button.
