The problem is on Windows 10 and all versions of Retroach. Win7 has not it. Basically if there is any Xbox Gamepad present (wired Xbox360 or Xbox One) than Retroarch won’t start in regular way, it has a delay of 2-3 Minutes. If i restart Windows than Retroarch could normally start the first time without delay, but if i start it again with different core, than it has this delay again. The only way to get rid of this delay is to choose HID Gamepad driver.
Do you have a Corsair keyboard, by chance?

lol yeah, it’s a crazy problem and we have no idea how to fix it, but it’s been a thing for a couple of years now.
