So I updated Lakka the other day and I was delighted to see a new background. This seemed great at first until I saw that I couldn’t navigate the menus properly… Well, I can’t navigate them at all. The cursor doesn’t move. I noticed that the background appears to be moving, but at a snail like rate. I assume that the animation is causing my issues. The release notes said there was a lighter version, but since I can’t navigate the menu, I can’t change to it. Is there a way to do this through a config file or some other method? I think this might be in the wrong thread, feel free to delete if needed.
In your config file (usually Retroarch.cfg @ the executable folder):
menu_shader_pipeline = “x”
Replace X with [0,1,2] for: 0 - no animation (static background) 1 - simple animation (“lighter version”) 2 - default (“heavier”)
