So I am getting this controller with 2 Player sit down cabinet I am buying, It sounds like this will pretty much work out of the box with MAME. I am wondering if others had issues using it with RetroArch or other EMUs?

MAME defaults have a lot of conflicts with RetroArch’s default mapping but you can fix it all with some config work. There are a handful of threads on this subforum related to it. Just search for ipac or x-arcade, both of which also have MAME-default mappings.
