4DO questions regarding saving and compatibility

I’ve been using Phoenix for playing 3DO games. Like standalone 4DO, it saves games using a nvram file with a .ram extension. The nvram for the 4DO Libretro core has a .nvram extension. Is there any way to make the Phoenix save file compatible with the 4DO core so I can preserve my save data?

Also, is the current 4DO core compatibility on par with the standalone version of 4DO?

Edit: Removed issue with saving per game. Someone posted about it on Github so the developers are aware of the problem.

I think our 4DO might be a bit more compatible than standalone…? I know trapexit has been doing a lot of work with it, reverse-engineering some peripheral protocols, bugfixing, etc. I’m not 100% on that, though.
