Well are you ready for this.
PUNCHOUT (NINTENDO 1983)
so knock ourselves out and download.
the retroarch screen config is a bit strange as I can’t set two screen as I can in Mame, but it works ok, but not Ideal. Anybody with better knowhow plaese let me know. how to set two screen positions.
Just tried it out. Looks awesome. Are you also creating an overlay for Super Punch Out!!?
I think that there is a very good chance
Yeah I’m not sure there is any control for this at the moment in retroarch. In the released version of the Mega Bezel there’s a preset for dual screen which you could try.
So someone say SUPER??
Super Punch out!! (Nintendo 1984)
AND PUNCHOUT has had a small update (some cpo tweeks), so you will need to redownload
Looks great. I didn’t know Glass Joe was in Super Punch-Out!!
Haha, you got me, I had to cheat a bit. Wasn’t on my rig to get a direct screenshot. But wanted to share this ASAP.
Both are awesome and I appreciate the time and effort you put into creating them. Thanks.
hey can you do a vertical overlay fo gigawing 2 please? (if u have a bit of time
Thoggo, I would like contact you privately regarding your previous work. I don’t see a way to do it here so please reach out to me on Mameworld. Or educate me at this site please.
Thanks TrevEB
Hey @RetroFanZ, yeah, I wouldn’t mind doing one for that game. Does it really work in MAME yet? Or are you using a Naomi emulator to run that one?
There wasn’t any NA style marquee and art for this title, so we’d have to do something custom, which is something I’d enjoy doing anyway.
Not sure when I will have time for it, might be a few weeks. I’ve been buying a bunch of original arcade cabs to create a home arcade and it’s absorbed all my attention for the last week. I expect it will be another few weeks at least before I have it all set up and I can get back to these overlays.

@ArsInvictus nope only retroarch ATM but ok i understand no problems thx to you , Papashine and briball for your amazing stuff.i try to use Hyper madness shaders with your stuff but i can’t do it proprely… thx again !
@ ArsInvictus Gigiawing 2 does work in Mame but too slow to be playable, Yes It’s Naomi, I use Flycast core in Retroarch and I would say runs pretty good, I use Flycast for most of my Naomi games in the MAME set, One of the reasons why I prefer Retroarch over standalone Mame It’s more flexible.
Enjoy your Home Arcade Cab hunting… .
