Two men face off against each other in martial arts matches held on streets in five different countries. The winner of two out of three rounds moves on to the next stage. Bonus stages enable the player to earn more points. Street Fighter, designed by Takashi Nishiyama and Hiroshi Matsumoto, made its debut in the arcades in 1987. In this game, the player takes control of martial artist Ryu, who competes in a worldwide martial arts tournament, spanning five countries and 20 opponents. A second player can join in at any time and take control of Ryu’s rival, Ken. The player can perform three types of punch and kick attacks, each varying in speed and strength, and three special attacks: the Hadouken, Shoryuken, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku. These are performed by executing special button combinations with the controls.

Thanks mate! Any new artwork is welcome.

Thanks! I was about to post Offroad but I am getting an error now. “Sorry, you cannot post a link from that host”

Not sure what has changed in the last hour or 2 since I posted Street Fighter.

Flipped the monitor to portrait mode out in the garage for the first time in months and had an absolute blast with all you contributors’ wonderful work. Thanks again, everyone!

P.S. — Heading to California Extreme Pinball and Arcade show in Santa Clara tomorrow morning. Anyone else going?

How was the show? Did you take any pictures of arcade cabinets you would like to see overlays for? Any games you haven’t seen before?

Thanks for asking about the show, NeoKarnage. Fantastic time with my 17 year old. Didn’t think to take pictures of cabs. Will do so next time! Saw favorites like Bubbles and Food Fight (love the cabs more than the games in this case) and just marveled at how accurately creators on this site have captured the look and vibe. Thanks so much, everyone!
