Pls, I would like to know how I can to square the size of “Overlay”. I want him in “Windowed” mode and not “full screen”. I would like the window size appear 800 x 300, for example. I think I need to edit the “.cfg” file, If I am not mistaken :
overlays = 1
overlay0_overlay = gb.png
overlay0_full_screen = true
overlay0_descs = 0
From here on, I don’t understand any of this.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to achieve here vs just reducing the overlay scale in settings > onscreen display > onscreen overlay.
Nevertheless, there’s no simple way to do such a thing. You would have to move all of the buttons on a modern overlay (i.e., the ones will all of the separate images) and you would have to make a completely new overlay of the old single-image type (I think).
