Beetle Saturn Missing Bottom of Screen

I am using the Latest Nightly for Windows 64 and when I load up Beetle Saturn this comes up:

Using any Video Settings.

So how do I get bottom screen to come up?

Maybe its a PAL resolution issue?

I am Defintally not Pal Games. Not sure how to check with bios is loading

Does every game behave like that?

Yes but I found that problem was Fixed when I unzipped it to a Fresh Folder.

I was playing around trying to get Full Screen for each Core/Console
