BeetlePSX-HW, forced dithering in hardware mode

Hi!

I’d like to check if BeetlePSX dithering works as intended in hardware mode. I am using 16bpp dithered setting to emulate as close as possible to the original hardware but it looks like the dithering is used even where it shouldn’t be. Software mode doesn’t have this problem - the dithering is only used where it is intended by the developer.
