Which core is the better one for PSX emulation on Windows?

mednafen-psx. The HW variant just allows for hardware acceleration, if desired (it’s a core option).

Thanks again. Is the HW variant better? Or do I need special hardware for that?

The HW variant is in pretty early stages right now so there will be glitches in a lot of games.
