Update 
—> addet Scanlines to the Overlay.
I use this Scannlined TV Overlay with following shader combo to get a really great Picture.
First --> super-xbr-6p.glslp
Second --> gtu-v050 ( important to set Black Level to 0 !! otherwise its much too dark )
--> you have to set the three passes of gtu-v050 to this ---> ( all have scale 1 / pass 2&3 is set to nearest )
–> at last set ctr-hyllian10.glsl to the Combo ( this gives nice Kontrast and a muchbrighter Screen )
—> Save Changes to Shader !
I bundelt a package with modyfied shaders for download too :

And here we have the settings to centre the Screen fit to the Overlay
Aspect: Custom

This is probably why your scanlines didn’t look good in the shaders you were using. Perhaps a res more like
Viewport Width: 1350 Viewport Height: 1012
might help.
Yes thats right… the shader scannline are no more good for me with this overlay. to fit the Screen exact i have to choose this values 
but now with the great scannlines ontop of the overlay it works . i like it .
