When I try to restart the running content in the Dolphin libretro core, it does nothing!
I keep having dolphin issues myself…
Does your retroarch crash after using Dolphin and trying to go to a different emulator/game?
As soon as I exit dolphin and start another core and game Retroarch crashes.
Sorry that this isnt a response to your question, im just curious if anyone else whos having dolphin issues has the same ones i do.
Also… do 2 controllers work on dolphin for you?!! It only reads as one Controller for me… 
It doesn’t crash when I switch emulator/game! Also not when I close Dolphin and open another core… I don’t have an second controller so I don’t know… but do you have the same issue I have?
Confirmed can’t reboot Dolphine core using retroarch. Reboot command is shown as usual in yellow at the bottom left corner but nothing happen.
