i also wanted to add (lol) although i know programming etc i found the offset for skies of arcadia , from us to pal . all on android. . the day I would get my computer back. it will be a new story for retroarch, codes with certain damn format (.cht etc emulators, .pnach, .blablabla 
) will no longer be a problem… god willing. cordially . basically the “offset” works for certain memory addresses. on retroarch. it is complicated
I’m playing RE: Code Veronica (USA) at Retroarch by using Raspberry Pi system with reincast and the game iso is in a pendrive. The codes not working also… I need some help!!! I tried a lot of codes and nothing happened!! 
Are you doing retorarch handled codes? I know for flycast the gameshark codes don’t work but you can search for some of the codes to use. There is a video tutorial on code searching.

So none of the cheat codes found online for Resident Evil 2 (US version) on Dreamcast would work? I tried multiple changes on the codes (changed hex to dec, change cheat value from hex to dec) for both leon and claire on resident evil 2 and none of them seems to work. I was able to play the Resident Evil 3 with cheat codes with no issue. I wonder if I am doing something wrong with the codes. Can somebody help me? I would appreciate you guys.
