Cirta core play Metroid Samus Returns no font ？？
I fixed this by changing core options -> 3DS system region from “Auto” to “USA”. Set this to the appropriate region for your game.
If that doesn’t work, you may also need to do this.

I was actually thinking about asking this same question. I’ve noticed this in a few games but had done the dump option.
