"citra was unable to locate a 3ds system archive"

This is what i’m getting when i try to run Mario Kart 7 with the Citra core.

The game works fine on the standalone so i do have the required files. But how do i get RetroArch to read them?

You have to put them into the Citra structure that the core creates, I believe in ‘saves’/Citra…?

Thanks, I had mine in the system folder. Moved it in the saves folder and it works.

Do you know if the Citra core is up to date with the standalone versions?

it was last updated a couple of months ago, I think…? so a little bit behind but not terribly so.

I don’t get it. Can you elaborate?

The Citra folder. All the files the core/emulator needs to work. Some emulators like Dolphin and PPSPP have such folder structures. Usually you put those folders in Retroarch\system.

In the case of Citra though, you put it’s folder in Retroarch\saves.
