Convert mednafen/beetle-PSX saves to Swanstation?

Probably a simple task, but I’m dumb. I tried renaming the .mcr file from mednafen_psx_libretro_shared.0.mcr to duckstation_shared_card_1.mcr and it didn’t work.

Since SwanStation is a fork of DuckStation I think you have to rename to duckstation_shared_card_1.mcd.
