Core updater not working

hello everyone before i start i want to say i live in AUS so yes the downloads are slow but i know for a fact its not that.

ok so my problem is that when i use the core updater and download a core it will get stuck at 1% or 20% or sometimes 36%. i know for a fact thats its stuck because i left it downloading over night but it still wont move. this happens to every core.

please help me

best regards ben.

EXTRA just now i tried to download the psp core and it only went to 24% then stopped

I don’t know of anything that would cause that, but your best bet is probably to download them manually via web browser at https://bot.libretro.com and then add them to your cores directory.

The closest thing in my experience to these symptoms involves running Lakka/RetroArch on a drive that doesn’t have enough free space to save the downloaded files. Are you sure that you are running RetroArch from a drive with enough capacity available?

i cant even run with the command on RetroArch [ERROR] :: --menu was used, but content file was passed as well. RetroArch [ERROR] :: Fatal error received in: “retroarch_parse_input()”

i have 100GB worth of space but i will try that

i’ve downloaded them but the ones i need are not there

The core updater just pulls them from that same server, so if you can’t find them via web browser, they’re not going to be there from the updater, either.
