First it was my GPD XD, which is still VERY slow Downloading Cores. But now, on my GPD Win, it is slow, but not as bad as the XD. But also, it is going slow on my Windows Laptop in some cases. But everything else works fine not relating to RetroArch. Speed is as it should be.
