I thinking to do a new CRT overlay respecting the cropped areas than are hidden by the overlay. My question is ¿how much pixels should to be hidden by the overlay for vertical and horizontal in a screen resolution of 1440x1080p, 4:3 aspect, no integral scale?

It varies wildly from TV to TV but it’s usually about 10%, so 100 or so pixels would be appropriate, I think.

If you are up for an adventure, as an alternative you could try doing a graphic for the Mega Bezel, It has parameters for cropping and even a Crop Zoom % that can eliminate any hard work on your end.
