DeSmuME on 2 Monitors?

I have an old Samsung LCD telly buried in the back of a cupboard that I was thinking of digging out if their was a way to use it as a second screen in DeSmuME through RA.

I looked through the Core Options menu but couldn’t find an option to output to 2 screens. Is threre a way to do such a thing?

Not directly in the core, but you should be able to use either windowed mode stretched to fill an extended desktop or something like eyefinity (which presents the multi-monitor array as a single desktop to the OS) and then use the core options to separate the images as needed.
