Dolphin heavy Stutter/sync issues with 30fps content

I’m having this issue with the Dolhin core and i don’t know if it’s only me.

When i tun 60fps games like Mario Kart or Metroid Prime, everything is silky smooth. But when i run 30fps games like Zelda, Dolphin can’t sync properly with the screen, causing the games to have weird stutters and uneven frame rate instead of 30fps.

No option i tried fixes this.

Edit: Also, when i quit the game with Dolphin, RetroArch stays in the background for some reason and then opens a new thread so i end up with many RetroArch processes in the background if i don’t manually close them.

Are others affected by this or it’s only me?

I “fixed” the stuttering by locking RetroArch at 30fps using RTSS. It’s just a workaround but it works.

The core still doesn’t exit properly though. I always have to kill RetroArch manually after i close dolphin.
