Dolphin working on windows bad in lakka

Hello,

I want to build a lakka device, the main reason is WII, gamecube, psp,… For testing i have install dolphin on a tower and on a laptop, it works fine. But wen i use the live usb version of dolphin it goes with 5 to 10 fps. if i know the problem i can make sure it is not on the new build.

The tower is:

  • Os: Windows 7 64 bit ultimate
  • Ram: 6GB
  • motherboard ?
  • Gpu: Nvidia geforce g210 (onboard is disabled)
  • Cpu: Intel Quad Cpu Q8300 @ 2.50 GHZ

And the laptop is:

  • Os: Windows 10 64 bit school
  • Ram: 8GB
  • motherboard ?
  • Gpu: intel hd graphics 5500 && nvidia geforce 920m (how can i set witch lakka needs to use?)
  • Cpu: Intel Core I7-5500U @ 2.40GHZ

The new build for lakka is (ATX case):

  • Os: Lakka
  • Ram: 4GB
  • motherboard MSI H81M-E33
  • Gpu: do i need direct 12 or opengl 4.4?
  • Cpu: Intel Core i5-4690K
  • Storage: 16GB SSD for lakka and 1TB hdd for the games and content

What do you think is the problem? I hope the problems are fixt soon.

Lakka only uses GL, no DirectX. I don’t think you can pick which GPU to use on the fly, only through BIOS…?

Can i change it over SSH? i can not disable the screen on a ssh?

You can try to use vga_switcheroo but we didn’t succeed yet to make it works.
