When I try and download them all on DownloadThemAll(Firefox Addon) it does not start straight away with each file.
Instead it starts after wait and Slow Downloading Speeds.
Is there way of making Downloading as a Whole Faster?

Why don’t you download the https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/windows/x86_64/RetroArch_cores.7z
It’s one file with all the cores inside.

I never knew you could download them all in 1 File. That is a Massive Help. Thanks @ImnoTapLumber
Though I tried with a VPN and that made it work lot better and Tried today without the VPN and works better now too
