[FCEUmm] Overclocking causes audio glitches

As the title says, when I enable 2x overclocking I’m getting audio glitches in some games. The title screen for Summer Carnival '92 - Recca is an easy way to test.

That’s to be expected. This is what happens if you overclock a real NES as well.

Oh. There didn’t seem to be any problems with a lot of other games, and I thought it was just the PPU which was being overclocked. That’s disappointing, as it makes a huge difference to how the games actually play.
