Trying to save in some Dreamcast games and they complain that there is no space left.
Isn’t there a way to have a separate memory card file per-game?

Need to Load the Bios 1st where you can access the Memory Card Manager.
Can do that thru the Flycast Options
You can use the “Per-Game VMUs” core option for this purpose.
For some reason i completely missed that option even though i was looking for something like this.
Thanks
Wow!, so this option was finally added? I didn’t know it’s now possible to set pergame VMU, like in beetlepsx and other cores. This is a great addition I was waiting for. When was this added?
Thanks @flyinghead
I used this, played through Shenmue 1.
Now I can’t bring over my stuff from Shenmue 1 to Shenmue 2
For that specific case, I think you can just rename your Shenmue save to vmu_save_A1.bin
and put it into system > dc
. Then, disable the “per-game VMUs” option.
