[Genesis Plus GX/Picodrive].ccd/.img support possible?

Is is possible to add .ccd/.img/.sub support to Gen Plus GX or Picodrive? I’m finding it nearly impossible to convert all my games to .bin/.cue and still have the music tracks still play correctly in the right spots. I cannot get the .ccd info to correctly translate to the .cue sheet.

On linux I’ve used ccd2cue with good success, but I don’t think its available for windows.

I was able to mount the image with Daemon Tools, and convert to bin/cue with imgburg.
