How to run 3ds games on Desmume in Retroarch?

I know it’s possible to run 3DS games in Desmume, but how do you do it in retroarch? the .3ds files are not being detected.

No, yoou can’t. Desmume is not a 3ds emulator, it’s a DS emulator.
