How to speed up gba game?

I mean how to let the gba games run faster like 4X 8X? Sometimes i wanna skip the talk with NPCs, so i need speed up and turbo “A”,i can do the “speed up” on PC,but cannot find the setting on Lakka.

should be in settings > input > hotkey binds > Fast forward toggle.
