LibRetro Classic TV Overlay Border

I wanted my daughters to play some retro games on our big screen tv in the living room. I thought it would be fun to make an overlay that looks like an old timey woodgrain television. I think it came out great and some of you might find it fun. Here’s some settings to help you size and center the video in the overlay. Keep in mind that my screen is 1080p 16:9 so your settings will need to be adjusted accordingly. To the devs, if you have an issue with my use of the LibRetro Logo, please let me know and I will remove the file from my server.
