Logitech F710 works w/ all cores except Nintendo Game Cube

Running windows 7, 16gb ram. F710 wireless controller works on all game cores with the exception of Game Cube emulator. However, player one works just fine. Players 2, 3, and 4 don’t work.

I have gone into the control panel and “updated drivers” which resolved 99% of my retroarch controller issues. However Game Cube emulator ignores players 2-4.

I have also played with switching the toggle switch between the 2 shoulder/fire buttons on the controller. No dice.

Any suggestions?

I bind my controllers successfully, and I played 2-players on SNES, just to test successfully. Everything is good for 2-players. However, Dolphin/GameCube doesn’t allow Player 2 to move or click any buttons. Just a dead Player 2. I tried swapping controllers. Has anyone had success with 2-player on Dolphin/GameCube?

Thank you hunterk, very helpful! I solved it thanks to your instruction; or at least all 4 controllers work, but not in the default order. (controller 3 is now controller 2 and controller 4 is controller 3) It works!
