I don’t know what’s the reason, but I updated the latest core of Mednafen PC-FX and tried to play the game, It fails to load. (It loaded well in previous version of libretro core and Mednafen standlone)
The bios required in your system folder had its name changed from pcfx.bios to pcfx.rom recently. Be sure to modify that.

Meanwhile RocketLauncher is still looking for “pcfx.bios” lol
It took me a minute while sorting this problem out to realize that RL and RA are 2 different programs… …DOH!
If anyone else has this issue, just edit the RetroArch.ahk file for RocketLauncher. There are 2 entries that state “pcfx.bios” just change them to “pcfx.rom”
