Missing Options - PCSX-ReARMed

I’m using the PCSX-ReARMed core (r22 8fda5dd) with the Odroid N2+ (ARM processors), but the following options aren’t available in the core’s OPTIONS menu. Can anyone help me figure out how to find these options?

-Enhanced resolution (slow) [pcsx_rearmed_neon_enhancement_enable]

-Enhanced resolution speed hack [pcsx_rearmed_neon_enhancement_no_main]

Those options require 32-bit NEON support. If you’re using it on a 64-bit device/environment, you won’t see them.
