Mupen64plus next libretro over64mb vs Offical Cores

I been playing WWF No Mercy Plus (v3) the Rom Hack from the WWF No Mercy rom

When I use on Official Core the Rom does not load at all but when I use mupen64plus_next_libretro_over64mb it works Fine

But I don’t know where the UnOffical one has come from and how does it work with RA for other Games?

Would it be worth using the UnOffical Version?

If so, there is no official version, at least in the libretro repo I see no sign of it.

Sounds like it as it’s for Rom Hacks

Could it come on RetroArch alongside normal Mupen64 Core?
