Hello! I’m just a newbie with Retropie and my question is how to put overlay on any specific game emulator?
I just downloaded the Retro_TV overlay and I want to “only” put it on my genesis emulated games.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks guys!
Load up a genesis game with your desired core and then go back into the menu, go to main menu > settings > onscreen display > onscreen overlay and enable the one you want, then go to main menu > quick menu > save core override.
Now it should show up any time you load up that core.
Just a note: once you have an override in place, other settings will no longer be saved for that core unless you save a new override (i.e., overwriting the old override) with the new settings.
