Not Showing Full Screen for Nigel Mansell Racing on Super Nintendo

On all SNES Emulators/Cores Nigel Mansell Racing when Setting up where you Racing misses the Bottom of Screen.

Is there any way I can fix this Issue/Problem?

I tried it out the US ROM just now and it displays fine. Are you using the PAL ROM?

I tried both US and PAL Versions and same thing
