Looks like you need to mess with your custom viewport settings to get the image into the overlay screen area.
I, sort of, found a semi solution to the problem. I changed the video settings by accessing retroarch “in game” (by pressing select + x) and tweaking the resolution to-- sort of fit the screen.
I’m still not satisfied though. It just doesn’t fit the way it was intended to be. I know that Floob’s config is the optimal resolution to each of the games assigned to it so it would be great if I can find something to get me somewhere close to it. (I don’t want to edit each of the game’s config just for them to somewhat fit the overlay screen.)
