P-UAE outdated core on Windows x64 from buildbot

Hi The P-UAE core for windows x64 is completely outdated (from march 2015!) and it’s completely unusable on this platform.

It’s also not available for windows x86.

Could you please fix this core so it can be updated by buildbot?
