paraLLEl N64 won't load up

Soon as I load up with the Setting from Here:

The Game tries to load the Game but just comes up with this Error:

[ERROR] [Vulkan]: Failed to open Vulkan loader.

Do other cores work for you with Vulkan? What is your video driver set to?

I set it to Vulkan and Program does nit even load up
