Parrallel_n64 size Smaller

The Core was 81mb and now its back to 4mb.

Just wondering why size got lot smaller again?

That was because it had to statically link the LLVM dependency. Maister rewrote it to use gnu-lightning instead and that got rid of the giant dep.
