PCE CD: no sound

Out of the box I get no sound nor music with Mednafen PCE and CD games. I have the BIOS, and other cores do produce sound. Is sound just not supported for CD games? (Windows x64)

Sound FXs and CD Audio should both work. Make sure the volume levels are all turned up in the core options.

Thanks, the volume levels were 0 by default.
