On picodrive 1.92 7d6deb9 the screen is not centered when playing sega master system roms in neither fullscreen or windowed mode.
Tested with retroarch 64bit 1.7.6 and nighty git 46455a6ff8 on win10 1809 build 17763.379 video gtx 760 driver 419.67
