Please help me with these overlays

Hello,

I found some pretty cool overlays for retroarch on github but It didn’t work. I just need to download the zip code and extract the overlay folder on retroarch right? Actually in my case I changed the overlay folder directory, so that I don’t have to root my Android.

Can someone please give me a hand and test the overlay to see if I’m doing something wrong? Sorry I’m really slow on that stuff.

Can you post a screenshot of what it looks like on your machine? My first guess without any info is that you need to disable the option to ‘automatically scale’ from the overlay menu.

Are the configuration files empty? :thinking:
It will not work without these files.

@alexb3d They are empty if you download the code.zip file. Saving the .cfg files one by one they appear.

@hunterk They just don’t appear. I already tryed to disable automatically scale, didn’t work :sob:

I was downloading them one by one, I also downloaded the zip and they are empty.
You can see them on the page without downloading.

That strange, because I saved as link and there are a lot of stuff written on this .cfg files.

That is in the web page code, the overlay code is very different.

Thanks for the help Alex. I found RetroPad Editor (the https://valent-in.github.io/retropad-editor/) and did the Gen overlay myself, using the images from DeltArch github.
