Prehistorik 2 crashes after level 1 (Linux Mint, RA 1.7.9.2)

Hey guys! Is anybody able to play Prehistorik 2 past level 1? It crashes RetroArch for me after I complete the level:

I tried changing the machine type, CPU type, CPU core and CPU cycles, all to no avail.

Linux Mint 19.2 64-bit
RetroArch 1.7.9.2-r201910101736-4dcd7a0-94~ubuntu18.04.1
DOSBox Core 0.74 e4ed503

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I made a log, but it stopped recording right when I started DOSBox, so it probably doesn’t give us any clues…
