I am using the Retroarch 1.20.0 and latest version of the Dosbox Pure Core
When Pressing Down goes down 2 spots and not 1. It’s okay going up as go up by 1 instead of 2.

Using gamepad or keyboard? I once had a faulty controller that was too sensitive on its d-pad, similar for a certain laptop keyboard. For troubleshooting, make sure this does not happen in other cores or apps besides RetroArch.
Tried just Keyboard
I did try a New Fresh Unzipped RA and they actually worked fine
